We know how important it is for you to receive your products and accessories in the best possible condition, which is why we have chosen trusted partners to handle delivery.
Delivery costs and special conditions
We offer free delivery in Metropolitan France on orders over £100 with Mondial Relay. This policy has been put in place to make our service accessible whilst guaranteeing fast and safe delivery.
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we commit to dispatching your parcel within 24 hours of your order (Monday to Friday). Orders to a pickup point are delivered within 2 to 5 working days. For home delivery, allow 2 to 3 working days. Finally, express delivery guarantees delivery within 48 hours if your order is placed before 1pm.
Returns policy and customer service
Returning products
At Pepin, we understand that sometimes a product just isn't quite right. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us. Return costs are at your expense. To make a return, follow the instructions on our site and choose a tracked service to ensure your parcel is safely received.
