At Pepin, we commit to dispatching your orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery costs and special conditions

We offer free delivery in mainland France on orders of £100 or more with Mondial Relay. We introduced this policy to keep our service accessible while ensuring fast, reliable delivery.

Whichever delivery option you choose, we’ll dispatch your parcel within 24 hours of your order (Monday to Friday). Orders sent to a pickup point arrive within 2 to 5 working days. For home delivery, allow 2 to 3 working days. Express delivery guarantees arrival within 48 hours if you order before 1 pm.

Returns policy and customer service

Returning products

At Pepin, we know that sometimes a product just isn’t quite right. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return an item to us. Return postage is at your expense. To make a return, follow the instructions on our website and use a tracked service so you can be sure your parcel reaches us.
